Shipping Policy
At Kòzẽ, we strive to ensure that your order is carefully handled and delivered to you in a timely manner. We use reliable shipping methods and our packaging is designed to protect your cozy baby carrier inserts during transit. We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Should you have any special shipping requests, feel free to reach out to us.
Return & Exchange Policy
Please contact kozebabes@gmail.com if you need to return a product. A return will only be accepted if the customer has contacted Kòzẽ customer service prior to sending the item(s) back. Any package returned without a valid return authorization will be refused.
Follow the instructions below for how to return your items.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of original shipment date of your order, and received back at our warehouse within 14 days of shipment.
Keep in mind that the item or order, including its original packaging, should be sent back to us unused/unworn. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from your return.
How to return an item:
1. Contact kozebabes@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.
2. Please fill in the returns recieved from customer care. Send it together with the item in its original packaging inside a sturdy box.
3. Address the parcel to:

Make sure our address is clearly visible on the parcel.
4. Returns must be returned postpaid/customer-paid. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a trackable shipping service such as USPS package tracking, UPS or FedEx.
5. Once the original item(s) are received at Balancing Moms, you will receive a credit in the amount you paid (excluding restocking fee) within five (5) to ten (10) business days. Please note that, Kòzẽ may delay the credit until you have shown proof that the item has been returned.
